Graphic Card

I don't know anything about the graphic card, nothing
much about it. How come my computer can't use OpenGL
mode? I try to change several different video card (like
3 or so) to my computer but it still doesn't work. But
notice that those 3 graphic card can use opengl on other
computer. So how can I get my computer to use OPenGL?
