Hello,
I own a Sony Vaio PCV-RZ14G computer that has Windows XP
installed on it. I want to connect an external USB
Iomega Predator CD-RW drive to this computer. The
software that came with hardware causes conflict with
Windows XP, which is no problem because I can always get
something else. Windows XP will not recognize the USB
device and assign it a drive letter. According to what I
read at the Iomega site, I can use the cd burning
software that comes with Windows XP. What do you think
the problem is? Any ideas? I am not a computer
guru. :-) Please help if you can.
Thanks
