Dear guys,
The error was "Unable to Initialize a Required Component
of Money" - shutting it down before it started. I have
since learned something from the Knowledgebase. To fix
it involves downloading a file which I will now attempt
to do. Wish me luck, sometimes my downloads get lost but
that was in the bad old days of Win Me. Anyway, it lists
3 possible causes, none of which apply to me that I can
see. Thanks for your input and if there are any more
tips please advise. Desperately seeking sanity.
