I boot up my PC and it boots fine. I log in and the start-
up doesn't go through normally. The bottom right hand
corner of the taskbar with the active icons is screwed
up. The active icon arrow isn't there as it should be,
and the taskbar will disappear every 30 seconds for a
couple seconds, and then come back. After a couple
minutes the taskbar stays, but when I put my mouse cursor
over it, it has the busy hourglass. Nothing responds at
this point and I have to turn the power off or press the
reset button to go through the whole process again.
