Problem with MotorolaSM56 modem in XP Pro

i have a Motorola SM56 spekerphone modem. i recently
updated to windows XP Pro. now what i find is that my
modem is not working with this version of windows. Someone
told me that Windows NT's driver for my modem will work
with XP. I tried this but it didnot help me.
Please provide me with a solution.

There is a driver HERE that will work with XP. The others have problems... I
needed days to figure it out.

I have this sane modem woking on 2 machines with XP.
