Is there a way to change the minimum power % for alarms?
For the lower power notification I can not go under 10%.
Also, the critical power alarm will not go below 2%. I
have an old battry that runs at the low % for a long
time. So these percentage actually hinder me more than
they help.

Right click on the desktop and select properties. Flip to the screensaver tab and click on 'power'.
Flip to the alarms tab. Out here you can set the alarms as you wish.
