I have to go buy a New hard Drive..so when I reinstall
Windows XP Home will it allow me to do it? and What about
my copy of Word, it only allows me to install it one time
after that they say I have to pay $70 for a key....that
is not cool what can I do???

yes, you should be able to replace/add a hard drive without having to call
microsoft product support services to reactivate windows.
did your old hdd fail, or are you just installing a new one? because if the
old one is still operational, why not just use a product like norton ghost
2003 or powerquest drive image 2002 to clone the old drive onto the new one?
do you have your original word product key? if so, then you should be able
to reinstall with no problem. who told you you would have to purchase a new
product key? i believe that whoever told you this probably thought you
wanted to put your copy of word on an additional machine, in which case you
would have to purchase a new license.
