I tried to install Windows (2000 and XP Pro) in my
computer. The DVD-ROM and CD-RW both were recognized when I
installed the operating system. At some point, it can't
find them anymore, I can't finish the installment.
I have one ASUS KT-133 motherboard and one IDE hard drive.
IDE 1: Western-Digital (60GB) ATA-100 on Master
IDE 2: DVD-ROM on Master and CD/RW on Slave
I'd love some help. Sounds like a hardware problem, I just
don't know what it is.
