hello all,
We've been using cakewalk pro audio 9 on an older Dell
laptop running win98. At the end of each song I ALT+TAB to
the Windows Explorer window, click on the next song i
want, hit enter and that new song opens in
cakewalk ready to play. I have "allow only one open
project at a time" enabled in cake so that the previous
song automatically closes.
Unfortunately, we just got a new laptop with xp pro and i
can't seem to get this to work. If i click on a file and
hit enter in explorer while cake is NOT running, it will
start cakewalk and load the song. However, if cakewalk is
already open and a file is loaded (even if it is stopped)
the new file will not open, the file that just finished is
still there. If i click a .pdf file (for example) this
works flawlessly. Any ideas???
Thanks,
Mark
