I'm running Windows XP. I'm having a problem creating
my "Quick Launch" toolbar. The taskbar will not accept
any icons. This is not a simple matter of unlocking the
toolbar or checking the "show quick launch" box. In fact,
the box will not even hold the check mark. I check the
box, click APPLY & OK,, but when I go back to PROPERTIES
the check is gone. This is either a setting somewhere or
a value(s) needs to be changed in the registry. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
