Mandy - NEED IMMEDIATE HELP!

PLEASE HELP! My CD-RW drive is not working correctly. Since
I have Windows XP, I use RecordNow to burn my CD's. I put
in a blank disk, add the audio files I want to, and begin
to burn with RecordNow. When the status bar reaches 98
percent, it stops burning my CD. It still shows that it is
burning, but it just freezes on 98 percent and doesn't move
past this point. I cannot figure out what the problem is
and need immediate help.
