Right click on the time and go to "adjust date/time"
Click on "internet time"
Click on "automatically sync time on the internet"
Now everytime you go online it will update the time.

Start>>Run Type Regedit Press OK Navigate to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\w32time\TimeProviders\N
tpClient
On the right side you should see SpecialPollingInterval. R-click on it and
choose Modify. Place a dot in the Decimal radio button. Change Value Data
from 604800 to 3600 and press OK. Close regedit. Windows will now sync the
time every hour, provided you are connected to the internet or a network.
