Every time that I turn on the PC when it gets to the
welcome screen it comes up to where I have to click on
the owner icon in order to get to the desktop. This has
only been doing this for about a week and a half. What
can I do to fix this.

Go Start|Run type in "control userpasswords2" (without the quotes) and hit
Enter. Uncheck the box which states "Users must enter a user name and
password to use this computer". Now your computer should boot straight into
Windows :-)

of course if your account has administrator priviledges then if you do this,
ANYONE can boot up your machine and do untold damage if they ewre so
inclined.
