I have had problems when switching identities in Outlook.
When I try to switch identities after sending an email,
the desktop appears and when I try to go back into
Outlook Express it will not open. It is only after
rebooting that I can again acess Outlook. This does not
occur if I have only read the mail and not sent any
outgoing mail. Strange! Any suggestions how to avoid
restarting the computer to again acess Outlook?
