Using settings and file transfer wizard

Have xphome eddition on this computer, just added a
couple of new users for everyday use (no admin rights)
and want to transfer most of the old settings and files
to the new restricted users, however I can't quite figure
out how to transfer from one user to another?. Any help
would be appreciated.
