View Full Version : Gray screen after start-up - add'l info

Further info I shoul have added...
In safe mode I have tried to change the resolution back to
800x600 using the control panel without success. Somehow,
the change is not saved when I try to re-boot normally.
Is it possible to make the change in safe mode and have
that be a permanent change to regular start-up?

Thanks Graham, that will be one of the first things I do
when I get my internet hooked up this saturday. Just
moved so I am doing my on-line stuff at work and they
don't let you down load stuff.
I was able to resolve the issue by booting in VGA Enabled
mode, which allowed me to reset the resolution. Thanks
for the help.
