lexmark x85 xp update

[malden117]

i recently upgraded to xp and now my lexmark x85 cannot
communicate with my computer, and am running around in
circles. i went to lexmark site and downloaded new driver
but did not help i downloaded patch still nothing, they
refered me to intel for a chipset update but they are
useless because they no longer offer support and sent me
to microsoft where they say they post updates but i can't
find any can anyone help me please?

and yes i checked cables uninstalled and reinstalled
drivers and still nothing!
