I don't know, but my first guess would be the Tech Support pages on the Sony
website.

If you type "sony" into the address bar of your browser, then press

Whoops! Sorry, Philip. Smarty me - I should have tried that first. :>(

www.sony.com doesn't seem to work very well. Sony's web site is MUCH more
complex than that! I got lost a couple of times, but maybe this is a good
place to start:

Did you get a CD-ROM with your camcorder? Are there drivers on it to start
with?
