Help and Support files not loaded on upgrade to XP

I just upgraded to Win XP from Win 98. The process did
not seem to load the "Help and Support" files within the
Start menu. Does anyone know how to get them loaded?

Are you sure they didn't load? Are they listed on the start menu? If not,
right click the Taskbar and choose Properties. Click Start Menu> Customize>
Advanced. Place a check next to Help and Support to add it the XP start
panel.

If this is already on your start menu, what happens when you click on it?
Any on screen messages? Anything in Event Viewer about the failure?
