I'm trying to load my printers software.
I get the following error:
"unable to start the application--The class files could
not be loaded" Catastrophic failure.
What can I do?

Hi, Debbie.

Let's start at the beginning: What make and model printer? Does it connect
to your computer via USB? Where did you get the printer software: On a
diskette or CD-ROM with the printer? Downloaded from the Web?

It might help to know the make and model of your computer and any other
peripherals you have installed. Has this printer worked with another
computer, or has another printer worked with your computer?
