PLEASE Help

My computer became very slow and I
am getting an error message (the application or dll
C:\windows\system32\rtutils.dll) is not a valid windows
image.
I did try to restore the computer to an earlier date, but
continue getting the same error. I tried
running Norton, but it stated no viruses were found.

Why does it not surprise me that Norton's can't find a virus?
Download mwav.exe from www.mwti.net . Preferably do it on a friends computer
& burn it to CDROM & run it from CDROM. If you have any viruses, worms or
trojan's, it will find & generally "handle" them
