If the company didn't give u a restore CD or a Windows XP
OEM CD just call them and they should be able to send u
one.

Not necessarily.
All that is required is a restore method.
A few companies meet this requirement by using a restore partition,
providing no CDs.
Normally an option to buy the CD is available.
