Windows Office 2000 Compatibility with XP & 98

I lost my trusty old Office 2000 Premium CD. Two of my
computers are still on Win98 and my new laptop is XP. Is
there any replacement that will run on both?

Office 2000 and 2002 will both run OK on both AFAIK
