Windows XP fax problem

Hi, Im using the fax program that comes with XP pro, Ive
been using it for a while(and it worked 100%) but lately
when i receive a fax exactly 15sec. after i received the
fax my whole pc hangs!! ive uninstalled my printer/fax
and installed it again worked fine ones or twice but then
same thing again!!

Is it the program or my pc or printer/fax??
If anybody has got input on this it will be gr8ly
appreciated
