How do you tell what type of pci slots you have?
The manufactures are making different size pci slots.

But what is the question? FIC mainboards of your description have 3 standard
PCI slots. What do you mean by "type of PCI slot" ?

Mark I see this new pci 2.1 slots and others have 2.0 slots.
Unless all the new hardware the support pci 2.1 slots are backwards
Compatible with older slots.
(Their may even be more, that I not aware of.)

Try downloading PC Wizard 2003 (freeware) to tell you what you have on
your computer. There are two windows. The top one gives the basics,
the bottom is used for additional details when you click on any item.

Greg - I'm quite sure that all the PCI hardware is backwards compatible with
standards 2.0 and 2.1 I have not heard of any compatibility problems as
there may be with AGP slots and voltage issues with display cards.
