My computer hangs when it first boots after the
installation. It does start up in safe-mode I tried
running in daignostig mode (msconfig). device manager etc.
tried installing it again or upgrading from win98se.
I searched for bios upgrades but didnt find anything.
Nothing works! Can somebody help me?

Intel Celeron 566mhz
320mb SD-ram
On-board sound (sigmatel)
On-board video (intel)
new video card nvidia mx200 PCI version
15gb HD
a packer bell computer (NEC computers)
