Printer Problem

My Lexmark Z22 printer will not print any text from any
program. It will print back ground and borders but not
text? It will not print from Windows Or e-mail. I would
like to print my resume from my documents file but it is
only blank page.I have replaced the printer cable and
downloaded new drivers but no help.Iam using XP
