where I found file for Fax I want to install it, but the
answer is I don't have it, do I have to buy it?

CONTROL PANEL - ADD/REMOVE SOFTWARE.. switch to ADD/REMOVE WINOWS
COMPONENTS.. check the FAX option.. follow onscreen instructions..
