Driver problem

Hi all! urgent help required, there is a strange problem i
am facing , i have a 3630 scanner(Microtek) .It all
started 2 days before suddenly there was an error while i
tried to scan a doc, when i checked in device manager i
found that there was no driver for the same , then i
reinstalled the driver it was all well till i restarted
windows XPPro . the problem was again that it didn't had
the driver's for the scanner. now i has to driver every
time i shutdown or restart the windows.
