Hello,
I sent an email to Fuji, and their advice was to install
the camera on a windows 98 computer, thus finding out if
it is a problem with XP or with the camera. To be honest
i haven;t had a chance to do this, but it is just that I
have experienced the same problem with my iPod that I
think it is an XP problem. Can you suggest anything? I
have noticed similar error messages when I have been
installing the latest updates from microsoft website, but
i have ignored them because they haven;t caused a problem.
Any ideas.
Thanks

The problem is, that every time I turn on either the iPod,
or my digital camera when it is connected to my computer,
I get an error message on XP saying that it has been
unable to install the correct driver for VOLUME, but I
have the most recent drivers for the devices and I cannot
find a solution for these error messages. They appear
every time i switch on either of these devices.

If the iPod is 'ON" when you connect the Firewire or USB
cable do you get the same error?
Are you using Firewire or USB?
