re-enabling messenger ...BLC.Install?

I have disabled messenger by doing the 'RunDll32
advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove' method. But
now I would like to use messenger. I have downloaded and reinstalled it on
my computer, but it still won't work. Is there something else I should do?
If reinstalling it should have fixed it, please let me know.

i do this EVERYTIME..i ask for help, then like 5 mins i go explore it in
more depth and fix it on my own. i had made a regedit entry to disable it,
so i just deleted it and ran it..thanks anyways..
