Hard Drive is not working

We got a Dell Computer in November. Our hard Drive will
not read our disks. We have had this problem since about
April and Dont kno how to fix it. The draws open but
will not open the disks. Please help Me!!!

Well have you tried calling Dell T. Support am pretty sure
your cpu is still under warranty
