Yesterday I was surprised when I saw the CD driver was not in "My PC" folder. I insert a CD, an even though the driver did read it, the laptop didn't seem to "realize" there was a Driver at all. I search for some explanation, and in the Devices Administrat
or the icon of the CD Driver was there, but it had an exclamation mark. When I opened the properties, there was a sign telling me that Windows loaded the driver correctly, but it can't find the hardware (Code 41). I don't know what to do to fix my driver.
I already check it is well-plugged but is still not working. What happened? How can I fix it?
