I have a weird problem.
I have my desktop set to black. Its fine for a few minutes,
but if the screen saver kicks in, or anything that causes
the screen to change, ie, a game or something, the color
fades from black to a very dark greenish grey. If I change
resolutions, it corrects it's self, or if I open a window,
such as my computer, or display properties, or even raise
the taskbar from autohide, it corrects the display. Any
ideas? this is a bran new system, on a fresh install of
Win XP Pro.
Just now tried turning off monitor and back on, it
corrected it for now.
Also, My video card is listed twice. Radeon 9800 Pro
AND Radeon 9800 Pro - Secondary. The Secondary I have
disabled.
My system is:
p4 3.0 ghz
1 Gig Corsair XMS Twin 3200 ram
Sapphire ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 256 mb video
Asus P4C800-E Deluxe Mobo
SB Audigy 2 Platinum EX Sound
2 WD 120 7,200 RPM hard drives
1 WD 36 gig Raptor SATA boot drive
Viewsonic G220fb monitor
