Found New Hardware

My default printer, a Canon, is set on LPT 1. . My second printer, an Epson
is set on LPT 3. Both printers function as expected, other than the New
Hardware Wizard opens, every time I turn the Epson on. With this limited
knowledge, can anyone suggest a fix?

I can think of a couple of solutions you can try:

1. Put the Epson on LPT2 (not LPT3)
2. If that doesn't work, manually install the printer (so the spooler is
forced to write a registry key for the deivce that should persist whether
the printer is off or on.
