Blue Tooth KeyBoard truble

Hi,
i realy need help i hvae a microsoft blue toth keyboard
and mouse set i have manged in the pass to conect both
comfertably but now after changing the batterys i can no
longer conect my keyboard to the transiver i pics the
keyboard up but when i try to type in the surcerty code i
can not ?

please please help

also dose any one now how to get this device to work in
dose?

sorry abou the other post's computer crashed well
graphics card any way?
