Have set up proper set of folders that I have access to
in My Documents
Need to take stuff from 3 1/2" floppies. Get that stuff
from my floppies up on My Computer screen. How do I get
the arrangement so that I can drag from My Computer
screen to My Documents screen upon which are shown my
Folders.

Also: How do I create sub folders?

Phew!

Go to Start-All Programs-Accesories-Windows Explorer
Insert the floppy. Click the "+" sign on My Computer in the Left Hand pane,
so that you can see the A drive. Double click on the A drive. The contents
should now show in the right-hand pane.
In the left hand pane, scroll up or down so that the folders in My Documents
are visible. Then right click on each file in the Right Hand pane, and while
holding down the right mouse button, drag each file to the appropriate
folder in My Documents, release the button, and select Copy or Move as
appropriate. Repeat the process for each floppy.

To create sub-folders - again in Windows Explorer, double-click on the
folder and anywhere in the right-hand pane, right-click, choose New and
select Folder

This wasn't a wind up, was it?
