I have a Microsoft cordless keyboard and optical mouse. Also XP, Asus p4pe,
512 mb, etc.

Often, about every minute, the pointer will jump (it did it just now when I
moved the arrow back to the line). Also occasionally I will get a scroll
action.

This started several weeks ago and I have no idea what I may have changed to
cause the action. I have tried turning off and on the Snap to function with
no effect.

Not critical but occasionally does damage. Any ideas?

Added info: the pointer always jumps down and to the left about three inches
on a 19" monitor. And I think can jump when I move the pointer or try to
click.
