Downloading Options

Installed and using XP Professional but since installation
on downloading program files after paying for them I no
longer have the option of where the download program will
be stored. Not able to locate the .exe file after advance
search and therefore paying money for registered copy of
downloaded program(s) and not being able to install them.

If this problem is related to XP, I would appreciate any
advise/help in fixing it so that downloaded programs can
be saved and installed.

Do you not get a dialog box that says Open, Save etc etc?

You need to enable Hidden Files and Folders in your search
