Slow between log on and log off

I have noticed that it is taking longer and longer to
switch between users on Windows xp. I have cleaned up the
disks, deleted a bunch of files, but it is still slow. I
think it has something to do with the programs loading.
How can I find out which programs are loading at start up
and/or log on?

Hello

Press CTRL ATL DEL and look under TASK LIST and
choose Applications you will see what is running, and you
can also check under Processes
