Title bar

the title bar on the top of my screen has shrunk so the
CLOSE - MINIMIZE - MAXIMIZE are very small. Can anyone
help me get it back to normal size? Thanks.

Right click the Desktop and select Properties from the pop up menu. Click
the Appearance tab and then the Advanced button. In the Item drop down menu,
click Caption Buttons and set your preferred size.
