USB 2.0 driver

I installed a USB 2.0 card. When I try to install the
driver using the provided CD, it stops the installation
and asks for file usbehci.sys. From what I have read the
problem is in the os. I am running XP pro. I was told to
download XP SP1. I already have that on my computer. I
tried to use the dell tech support. I just got the run
around. They told me to call the manufacturer of the USB
card. The guy I bought the card from said I should contact
microsoft, and they would email me the link to download
the file. I cant even get to that point without paying for
it, because I have a oem program I dont have tech support
for anything other than installation. If anyone can give
me direction I would appreciate it.
