lsass.exe

HELP!! I cannot get the damn lsass.exe error off my
Laptop... I will start it and everything will start
perfectly and then lsass.exe error appears, after that I
click on the OK and the laptop just turns itself off and
starts up again...I know you guys have to know what I can
do...HELP
