Having problems installing a SoundBlaster MP3+ USB on my
Toshiba laptop running Windows XP Home.
Get error message when first connecting device to USB
port "A problem occurred during hardware installation.
Your device may not work properly". And it doesn't! The
yellow question mark appears in Device Manager.
Creative support unable to help - can you?
