Task Manager Problem

System-XP Pro with 512Mb, 45 Gig drive
Problem: The Task Manager comes up in a window that has NO
tabs, task bar or cancel button and no tasks.
I have tried the following:
1. Restored the registry back on month (the oldest)
2. Reinstalled XP Pro over the existing
3. Restored from backup disk
4. Copied TaskKill.exe, TaskList.exe, TaskMan.exe,
Taskmgr.exe & taskswitch.exe from my main computer over the
network (also an XP Pro computer). Copying just the
taskmgr.exe file did bring up
5. Perused the registry on both computers and found the
difference of:
HKU->S-1-t-21 ...
->Software->Microsoft->Windows->ShellNoRoam->DUIBags->MUICa
che C:\Windows\System32\Taskmgr.exe
I exported and removed key with no help. Task Manager still
the same.

Can't think of anything else to do to restore the task
manager to its normal operation. I need it so that I can
uninstall SQL7.

Bring up task manager and double click on the frame of the window.
