keyboard "clicking" question

Sometimes the keyboard will produce a click sound for each key pressed.
Sometimes not.

Where can i find this setting? I looked in control panel (keyboard) and
didn't see anything.

I do not know about a feature that will make a sond whenever a key is
pressed. But Windows comes with ToggleKeys which will produce a sound
when you press CAPS LOCK, NUM LOCK, SCROLL LOCK. You can disable this
in the Control Panel > Accessibility Options > Keyboard.
