When I was usins Win ME I was able to clear out my temp
internet files. With XP I can't even seem to find them!!
I get to the folder but it doesn't really show any
internet files. Does XP clean them out automatically? I
usually try to clean it up every couple of days since
there are 5 of us always online at some point!

Uhm.. It has nothing to do with Windows ME or XP or whatever..
Try doing one of these things:
1. Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Disk Cleanup
2. In Internet Explorer, click on Tools -> Internet Options and in the
"General" tab, click on "Delete Cookies" and "Delete Files" (The "Delete
Files" is what you are specifically asking about..)
3. Start -> Help and Support and in the "Search" area in the top left of
the new window, type "Delete Temporary Internet Files" and click on the
green arrow to the right of that field. Below it should explain both of the
above in excruciating detail.
