Scrolling

I had to reinstall XP Professional version 2002. Since
then when I scroll down thru anything including all
programs and the web it is very slow and "Shimmery?" Even
when I drag a window it is slow. I have tried changing
scrolling on my mouse to 1 page at a time and that did
not work. I am going nuts when using Excel. HELP!

Teresa

Check for updated video card drivers. This is a classic symptom of using
outdated drivers. The reinstall probably installed an older version of the
drivers.
