Most probably the motherboard of your PC is facing an incompatibility
problem with Windows XP.
Before recommending that you obtain a BIOS version upgrade from the
manufacturer's website, I would like to know from you the following details:
* Motherboard brand and exact model
* BIOS version (should show up after you power on the PC)
* When does this message show up? (periodically / in a special situation /
after returning from Power Saving mode / etc.)

Regards,
O. Elkadi
