Doug - this should be interesting. I had a similar
problem at work, screen went "dead". Tried to shut down
computer, but the on/off wouldn't respond. Had to flip
the main power source off. We've got a call in to our
service people, but it will be interesting to see what,
if anything, is addressed on this issue.
